Support worker needed to lead engaging activities and promote independence for individuals with learning disabilities. Full training provided.

You will assist the people we support with engaging with the local community, becoming more independent and transitions during their day to day activities.

You will be on hand to assist them with any challenges they may face during their day and be a calm and reassuring presence throughout.

You will help with the daily running of the practice to ensure a high standard care for Patients and Clients.

You will have an interest in and want to learn about, the practice as a business, as well as how to motivate a team to achieve their personal and practice goals.

You will be fully supported by our Practice Owner who is an experienced vet and holds a Master in Clinical Oncology.
