You will be managing complex construction, refurbishment and regeneration projects from inception through to the planning and construction phase, handover and thereafter ensuring a smooth transition to occupation and use.

You will engage with a range of stakeholders including contractors, consultants, occupiers, land owners, development partners, councillors and other government bodies.

You will work one-on-one with children or in small groups, helping them to access the curriculum, manage social situations, and develop key life skills. This is a hands-on, rewarding role that requires patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting children with special needs.

You will assist with the daily running of the project and coordinate all aspects of the residents' care, including referrals, move-in plans, assessments and case notes.

You will work closely with colleagues and partner agencies to provide a range of interventions to support recovery and help people achieve independent living in the community.

You must be able to commute to Kingston Upon Thames easily

You must be able to work Monday to Thursday - term time onlyWe're looking for support workers to work within the school who have learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
