You will work on a 4 on, 4 off basis, working 12 hour shifts from 7pm - 7am.
You will rotate between packing, stacking and inspection.
You will be responsible for picking and placing the biscuits at speed, packing the biscuits into boxes, and stacking the boxes onto pallets.
You will lead and support a professional team of staff committed to transforming young lives and creating positive outcomes.
You will be supported by Deputy Managers, Team Leaders as well as the rest of the team.
