You will help each individual to maintain their independence and establish a sense of belonging in the community. Shifts here can be variable between 07.00-22.00 and can include sleep in shifts.
You will ensure all areas of the home are spotless, fresh, and welcoming, including residents’ bedrooms, communal areas, and sanitary spaces.
You will manage laundry with care, making sure residents’ clothing and personal items are handled respectfully and returned promptly. Your work will directly contribute to residents’ quality of life, providing them with a home they can be proud of.
