You will have considerable freedom to play with models and processes in consultation with local stakeholders to achieve the outcome of making our MPBs great places for clergy and lay people.
You will give 16 hours (2 days) per week to this role and be recompensed either £20k pa or by a pro-rata credit to the benefice that releases you to undertake this work.
You will be required to work as part of a team on site to ensure that all maintenance duties are undertaken.
You will be work alongside the maintenance and facilities team to support with grass cutting, completing repairs and general maintenance duties as well as supporting in the Warehouse by picking/packing and loading/unloading containers.
You will also enjoy a pleasant and friendly work environment where your opinion is valued and you are respected for the contribution you make.
You will have previous Procurement experience and/or qualification along with the following: - Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills. - Strong research and analysis skills. - Outstanding attention to detail. - Good IT skills including Microsoft Office. - Ability to establish excellent supplier relationships.
