You will provide a high-quality clinical pharmacy service to the Emergency Department and Admissions wards as part of an established multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Monitor and control drug use within Emergency and Acute Medicine; lead on strategic development of pharmacy clinical and ward-based services.
You will work alongside the Band 8a Neonatal Physiotherapist in the delivery of highly specialist physiotherapy services to the neonatal unit and the preterm screening clinics and developing the service.
You will be based at Northwick Park Hospital within the Community team based at Alexandra Avenue clinic and be part of a dynamic, friendly physiotherapy and multi-disciplinary neonatal team.
You will mainly be working on the highly specialised male ASD wards. In this role you will assess, implement and develop an OT treatment programme according to service users diagnosis and identified needs.
You will be an integral member of the Multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and OT department.
You will be an integral part of a large, well established MDT with extensive experience to draw from.
