You must be willing to attend a registration interviewVeritas Education work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting pupils with diverse needs, enabling them to achieve their full potential in a supportive learning environment. Responsibilities include:Providing tailored support to students with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis. Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
You will be working in a Year 4 class providing support to the class teacher and preparing the classroom for lessons and activities.
You will need to have excellent behaviour management skills and be able to use your own initiative as well as work as part of a team.
You must also have strong subject knowledge.
You will develop and deliver comprehensive course materials, undertake all aspects of learning, teaching and assessment of students and keep up to date with latest developments in your field and student support practices.
You will hold a Master's degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable)
