You will be supporting pupils across the school and working outside the classroom in extracurricular activities. Your skills and experience will be put to the test by supporting the learning and development of each pupil dedicated to you, ensuring they are encouraged, supported and managed in an effective manner to meet their needs.

You will be leading interventions, delivering whole-class sessions and supporting curriculum development alongside teaching staff. You will not be expected to plan for lessons. There is an opportunity for the successful candidate to run Forest school sessions on a Wednesday afternoon if Forest school trained. (This however is not essential to applicants)
