You will work with small groups and some individual pupils throughout the morning who are working below the expected level or at expected level but have the potential to achieve greater depth. The class teacher will provide guidance on areas that the children need to develop and you will work with them to prepare activities for the individual groups.
You should hold either a relevant teaching assistant qualification (such as a CACHE Level 3) or a university degree (although this does not necessarily need to relate to childcare or education).
