You will also act as an escalation point for queries relating to other modules including Core HCM, Recruitment, Time and Absence, Comp and Advanced Comp etc. This strategic role is responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of Talent and Performance processes within Workday, ensuring optimal configuration, security, and business process alignment.
You will undertake regular site and office audits to assess compliance and provide documented reports on findings, and vet work package contractors documented safe systems of work and identify updates.
