You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. Flexibility in your availability, with the ability to travel to different care settings. A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively. A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. A full UK driving licence is essential, and we cover full travel expenses up to 45p per mile. You will drive the branch forward by increasing business levels and ensuring premier quality service to new and existing customers.
You will manage the damage process and ensure your team are fully trained on the process and ensure all service level agreements are met.
You will then negotiate the contract sum within the budget, including finalising costs to cover all late variations.
You will issue revised contract drawings to subcontractors; negotiating the cost of variations including liaising between Buyers and Build Managers.
You will provide a full range of pricing information for purchaser's extras.
