You will provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, both in and out of the classroom, helping them to develop their confidence and abilities.

You will be patient, empathetic, and proactive in your approach to supporting learning, with a keen eye for identifying barriers to learning and finding effective solutions.

You will support class teachers and tutors to deliver high-quality education, implement relevant policies and procedures, and provide individual or group support to pupils to help them access the curriculum as independently as possible.

You will work under the guidance of teaching staff to support learners make exceptional progress in all aspects of school life and assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom. Key Responsibilities: •Supervise and provide individual support for students, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities.

You will be part of a team of teaching assistants, who support the pupils by providing the best quality universal, targeted and specialist support in all areas of their Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP). A great training package is provided. With the right support in place, every pupil can access a broad & balanced creative curriculum.
