You will work flexibly across the school, including:
You will develop strong, positive relationships with pupils, encouraging engagement, interaction, and emotional regulation while supporting effective behaviour management strategies.
You will also play an important role in maintaining a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring pupils wellbeing is always a priority.
You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to work flexibly in relation to the tasks undertaken.
You will be a part of a dedicated team of professionals who will offer you clear guidance and mentor you in to this role. - Supportive management and senior leads.
You will work across Nursery, Reception and KS1, supporting teachers with daily activities, helping deliver small-group work, and contributing to a warm and engaging learning environment. This temporary assignment offers a great opportunity to gain experience in a nurturing primary setting.
