You will play a vital role in coordinating maintenance activities, managing client requests, and ensuring high service standards are consistently met. The role is office-based, working as part of a busy team of two coordinators and three contract managers. Key Responsibilities

You will develop and challenge business cases, build financial models, and provide robust reporting on costs, savings, and benefits realisation to support timely, evidence-based decisions.

You will manage vehicle breakdowns whilst ensuring that the impact to the retailer is kept to a minimum.

You will also be responsible for analysing Tacho-graph infringement report and go through infringement with drivers as well as liaising with the Warehouse Operation to ensure timely loading and departure of loads.

You will be responsible for Identifying and developing new and existing business opportunities within your targeted area Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure we meet customer needs and drive sustainable profits

You should be confident, have excellent product knowledge, great attention to detail, a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service and be able to develop and maintain great customer relationships. Being computer literate is also a must.
