You will be fully trained before you start your new role by one of our excellent DSA accredited instructors - at one of our 50 + locations across the UK. (we have 6 sites in Scotland). “Train Now, Pay Later” options are also available.

You will be responsible for safely transporting materials, equipment, and machinery to and from worksites, ensuring timely delivery to keep projects on schedule. Key Responsibilities: * Safely operate HGVs, including loading and unloading materials. Transport equipment and materials to project sites efficiently.
You will be responsible for: Undertaking all aspects of highway maintenance works including but not limited to drainage, kerbing and other civils schemes. Responsible for leading a squad and working in close relation with other gangers. Completion of associated scheme records to a high quality such as daily site diaries and measurement records.
In this role you will be responsible for multi drop deliveries to customers in the surrounding area, providing top quality customer service. The role involves driving the Class 2 HGV vehicles using a HIAB Crane and in addition to your driving duties we would expect you to be flexible and assist with yard/warehouse duties should the need arise.
