Help Desk Operator jobs in Orpington

You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, and optimising the operational efficiency of our site through supporting our Duty Managers.

You will be assigned a specific area to manage, as we believe that getting to know your clients is the most important factor in delivering great service. Your area will predominantly consist of countertop and floor-standing coffee machines, so experience in this category is required.

You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team and optimising the operational efficiency of our site through support of our Duty Managers.

You will act as the bridge between Sales, Projects, and Technical Operations , ensuring that new business is onboarded smoothly and handed over into BAU support with clarity, structure, and confidence.

You will own service outcomes, SLA performance, onboarding quality, and continuous improvement while supporting and enabling technical teams to perform at their best.
