You will take the lead on designing and implementing procurement strategy, driving process improvements, stakeholder engagement and KPI design & implementation across all regions. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards, driving sales, motivating staff and ensuring excellent guest experience across the entire venue. For the right person we can offer set shifts and we are happy to be flexible and work around childcare commitments.
You will be working 35 hours over either four or five days (personal preference).
