You will be making cold calling, networking, prospecting and creating proper attraction media to win over great candidate for the clients.

You will currently be working within or have experience of a customer service environment and have a passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times, ideally in a face to face environment.

You will be making cold calling, networking, prospecting and creating proper attraction media to win over great candidate for the clients. The Deal:Up to £32k Basic. Massive, uncapped, and paid every 4 weeks (with no silly threshold or pointless KPI's).

You will drive continuous improvements to ensure all targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards across every task. Ensure Smooth Handover: Deliver detailed and clear handover reports to the incoming Shift Manager, guaranteeing a seamless transition between shifts and uninterrupted operational flow.

You will also coordinate across functions and business units, track milestones, and facilitate collaboration to ensure successful execution of both planned and ad hoc initiatives. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm offering a competitive salary and package with the opportunity to work for a forward thinking market leader.
