You will work collaboratively with children, young people, families, and multi-agency partners to strengthen family resilience and improve outcomes across health, education, and wellbeing - Service Delivery & Support: - Operate as a Family Hub Practitioner across a variety of sites, supporting Family Hub sessions and outreach programmes.
You will have clinical leadership opportunities to develop services across the patch and medical education/supervision.
You will also be part of a Trust wide Consultant network where there are opportunities to liaise with colleagues in other posts throughout the Trust and develop peer networks.
You must also focus upon improving process efficiency, development of sales strategies, provide coaching and mentoring to your team, and celebrate success.
You will be responsible for building a sales culture across this new function within RM.
You should be comfortable to get hands on as part of the team, and to help role model good practice.
