You will ensure buildings are designed to minimise fire risks, through contributing to the development of fire strategy reports, calculations and fire risk assessments.
You will take ownership of interim valuations, change assessments, detailed variation pricing, measurement, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations. The post holder is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all M&E commercial outputs, including CVRs, variation logs, commercial trackers, risk registers, and final accounts.
You will ideally have a minimum of a 1 years’ office experience with an understanding of Financial Services / Insurance, though other industries will be considered, where you will be working closely with a knowledgeable team to ensure risks are mitigated whilst working within business regulations and processes.
You will be joining a close-knit mechanical team where engineers are trusted to work independently day to day but are fully supported by an operations director, managers and team leaders who are visible, approachable and hands on.
