You will have extensive previous hands-on experience servicing, fault find and fix on HVAC systems covering both cooling and heating through air conditioning, refrigeration, chillers and heat pumps. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be advising service engineers from a variety of different backgrounds, and from intermediate to advanced levels of knowledge/experience.
You will have extensive and wide ranging plumbing experience within both commercial and domestic environments. You’ll be a self-motivated tradesperson with a passion for what you do and a "can do" attitude. You’ll also be able to demonstrate a methodical and disciplined approach to all aspects of your work, with the flexibility to work outside of normal hours when required.

You will work independently, travelling between client locations, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently and safely while delivering a high standard of customer service.
You will take ownership of interim valuations, change assessments, detailed variation pricing, measurement, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations. The post holder is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all M&E commercial outputs, including CVRs, variation logs, commercial trackers, risk registers, and final accounts.
