You will focus on shaping the vision for data, establishing governance frameworks and driving adoption of modern data and analytics practices across the business.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, technology teams and business units to embed data as a core enabler for growth and innovation.
You will manage and develop a team of specialist fee earners while handling a caseload of complex and high-value matters, including catastrophic brain and spinal injuries, serious orthopaedic injuries, and fatal accident claims. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to lead a well-established team within a respected and expanding regional firm.
You will take full responsibility for executing the company sales plan and meeting revenue targets across the range of company products. Duties will include: - Drive revenue growth by planning, forecasting, and executing strategies to secure new business and customer sales, focusing on acquiring net-new clients.
You will act as the primary strategic advisor for your clients, shaping marketing activity that delivers measurable ROI and helping clients achieve their commercial goals. You’ll also be expected to lead new business opportunities from pitch through to close, demonstrating confidence in presenting value-led proposals and building trust with senior stakeholders.
