You will be comfortable operating within a collegiate, matrixed organisation, aligning senior stakeholders around shared priorities and building long-term philanthropic partnerships.

You will develop and deliver a high-value major gifts strategy, securing gifts from £100k through to £5m and above.

You will need:An impressive track record of building and leading teams in developing high speed mission-critical electronics. You are easy to work with and have excellent collaboration skills – while you have achievements to boast and experience to call upon, you naturally prefer a more co-operative approach and value others’ input.

You will be responsible for translating complex clinical and real-world data capabilities into clear, scalable, market-ready products that directly address high-impact industry challenges. As a senior leader, you’ll work closely with data science, engineering, and commercial teams to shape solution roadmaps, support major client engagements, and help drive global adoption.

You will be responsible for ensuring every custom event we run is delivered with the right mix of senior decision-makers from the right target accounts. You’ll lead a team that identifies, engages and secures those delegates, working closely with Sales, Client Success and Event Operations to make sure expectations are clear and delivery is strong.

You will own the engineering vision and execution of Keepnet’s core platform, operating across the UK, EU, US, UAE, and Canada, supported by distributed offshore and nearshore teams.
