You will ensure that the members of your team are given clear targets and are resourced and empowered to meet them. You will be a confident, enthusiastic and engaging HR/People professional, either in an existing ‘Head of’ role, or a People Manager looking for your first move into a Head of People position.
You will be CIPD qualified and have at least 3 years’ experience in a management/senior HR role.
You will provide expert advice on complex housing and property matters, with a focus on tenancy and leasehold litigation, and new the impact of new legislation in these areas. Youll lead a team providing a high-quality service on both routine volume matters and more complex cases, ensuring high quality client care for your internal customers in our housing and property teams.
