You will also be expected to visit clients at least once per month to embed high-quality practices in the services, with the majority of the portfolio situated in London and the South East with a small number of services in the North West. You will shape tailored sales strategies aligned to market conditions, asset performance and buyer demand, overseeing the preparation of high-quality sales materials, data rooms and investor presentations.
You will have an established investor network, ideally across London and the wider UK, and be confident operating at pace in a commercially focused, performance-driven environment.
