You will play a pivotal role in shaping our vision, driving school improvement, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for our pupils.

You will be responsible for: Supporting the Nursery Head in all areas; Covering for the Nursery Head when necessary; Building excellent relationships with children, parents and colleagues; Delivering our 'Learning through play' ethos; Promoting child welfare and ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed.

You will be contacted by your personal consultant (if shortlisted)Forever Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all candidates to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check

You will have strong communication skills and be able to negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation.
