You should have a track record of commerciality, people management and an understanding of customer service.

You will drive operational excellence, ensure customer service standards are maintained, and foster a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service. Drive sales and meet targets through effective rostering, coaching, and performance management.
