You will be responsible for the instruction of military students in Workshops techniques. The purpose of this role is to provide the delivery of Workshops Techniques to Royal Navy students on their Phase 2 and 3 career courses This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August.
You will collaborate closely with marketing business partners to deliver engaging, on‐brand event experiences that align with business goals, while managing vendors, logistics, and event performance evaluation. This role is a temporary 12‐month contract covering maternity leave.
You will be responsible for the successful design, implementation and delivery into our products. This may include technically leading small multi-disciplinary teams and therefore the candidate must show an aptitude for directing and coordinating project activities and have strong communication/interpersonal skills.
You will work closely with senior leadership and account management, giving you a clear voice in how work is priced, won and handed over.
