You will be working closely with patients, empowering them to make the changes required to aid their recoveries.
You will also need strong leadership skills and ideally have experience in dealing with substance misuse and/or mental health based clients. The role available is based on a permanent basis paying between £38,000 - £40,000 per year.
You will lead by example, maintaining stability within the home while guiding teams and residents through ongoing development and improvements.
You will have overall responsibility for the quality of care, ensuring residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met with compassion and respect.
