You will have previous experience in the hospitality industry – preferably with a hotel background, meeting, greeting and interacting with guests, ideally in an hotel environment but this is not essential. You will be curious, confident and customer service focused in your approach to liaising with operations, suppliers, and subcontractors to support Templers core aim; to improve the businesses performance, achieve value for money and provide an excellent customer journey.
You will be based in Newton Abbott but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone.
You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support.
