You will work as part of a team to manage labour requirements against plan, get involved in continuous improvement and manage relevant KPI's.
You will need to be an experienced manager or supervisor within the food manufacturing or similar industry and possess knowledge of lean processes and problem-solving techniques.
You will work closely with senior finance leaders, reporting into the Financial Controller and gain exposure to group-wide projects, systems improvements and acquisitions. The role will suit a qualified chartered accountant who is either newly qualified and ambitious, or post-qualified and ready to take on broader group-level responsibility.
