You will be working closely with Group functions to deliver the People Plan and their basic HR needs as well as help them be their best whilst driving change, supporting rapid business growth and a variety of ambitious and exciting projects all while making sure our culture is nurtured and developed.
You will work closely with senior leadership, support managers with day-to-day people matters, and drive improvements across HR processes and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a hands-on environment, and is comfortable influencing at senior level.
You will report to the Lead HRBP and will be responsible to deliver HR support to managers and employees. Main accountabilities: Closely work together with the Lead HR Business Partner of the defined Business Units/Global Functions and support in translating global business needs into local HR action plans as well as deliveries.
You will be Responsible for being first line of contact for employees regrading HR-related queries, acting as the first stage resolver.
You will be the point of contact for HR related invoicing to ensure all suppliers are paid on time, maintaining external relationships
