Group Communications Manager jobs in Greater London

You will lead corporate and internal communications for BCG from London and help drive best practice across our wider London-Amsterdam-Brussels ‘system’, responsible for delivering our internal and corporate messaging and activations.

You will provide positioning and strategic advice to over 100 Managing Directors and Partners (MDPs) and their teams across ~20 Practice Areas (PAs).

You will lead a talented group of Community Managers and Coordinators, creating spaces where people feel inspired, connected, and valued.

You will take the lead on engagement initiatives, build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and champion a culture of teamwork, creativity, and excellence that embodies our brand values.
