You will work on varied investigation and ground engineering projects supported by an experienced technical team. In this role you will take ownership of day to day site delivery, drive safety and quality standards and ensure projects run to plan.
You will gain commercial and project leadership skills that support development towards Contracts Manager level.
You will lead an established GI team, provide clear direction and commercial discipline, and ensure the region continues to operate safely, profitably and sustainably, while developing capability for future growth.
You will also act as the senior manager responsible for the region's office and depot operations.
You will take control of a mature regional business, leading teams involved in ground investigation and associated geotechnical works. The role is hands-on at a strategic level, requiring strong leadership, commercial judgement, and the ability to balance project delivery with longer-term growth.
