Graduate Technical Engineer jobs in Dunstable

You will progress into the go-to, technical expert in the company. This role would suit an engineer with a background in UPS & Generator Systems looking to progress to the next level whilst working for an expanding company that offer great benefits and plenty of overtime.

You will advise our customers on their sales applications and demonstrate our solutions and expertise for these applications in our lab or directly at the customer's site.

You will travel approximately two to three days per week to customers, suppliers, and other Nordson EFD locations, primarily in the UK, Ireland, Nordics and by exception supporting in Europe.

You will have a PhD, EngD or other relevant research experience within a Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths subject. We are not expecting you to have deep theoretical knowledge of the technologies; what we are looking for are scientists and engineers with a solid technical foundation that we can build upon through training, team working, and mentoring.

You will need to be:

You will represent British Gas in customers' homes, attending annual service visits or complex breakdowns, and you will play a pivotal part in our Service Promise of same‐day fixes. Base Salary £45,483 with uncapped OTE – £52,400 is a realistic expectation through our field reward scheme.

You will also manage the technical service escalation queries and processes via online and system portals

You will become a vital member of the technical service team to ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers
