You will be responsible for leading a team of software developers and testers to develop new data-driven cloud and on-premises applications incorporating Large Language Models in a multi-year roadmap.

You will program the machines, optimise processes, and refine techniques to achieve consistent, high-quality results.

You will be supported by experienced engineers and scientists who will help you build confidence in laser processing, materials behaviour, and precision engineering.

You will receive all vital technical training, be supported by experienced colleagues including a mentor, encouraged to use your initiative and allowed to demonstrate your innovative engineering skills to reach your full potential.

You will be assigned to projects where you will work with and be supported by other engineers to develop and deliver engineering solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
