You will be required to fault find units that have failed, down to a component level. Part of your role will be to work collaboratively with the production engineers to repair faulty units, as well as, give technical support to junior staff.

You will also learn how to deliver exceptional customer service. We will teach you how to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with all types of customers, vendors, and colleagues.
