You will work in a service that delivers evidence-based, individualised treatment programmes designed to meet each young person's unique needs.
You will lead risk assessments, oversee physical health evaluations, and provide clinical leadership, supervision, and reflective practice for key workers within the team.
You will provide assistance to residents in need of physical personal care and carry out individual tasks with residents in line with their support plans, to maintain or improve their quality of life and to be able to recognise signs of distress in residents.
