You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. Flexibility in your availability, with the ability to travel to different care settings. A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively. A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
You will encourage the children to have fun, to learn, grow and develop in a safe way.
You should be child centred, able to use your own initiative, and work as part of a team.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and partnership working when working with parents and other professionals.
You will offer safe and appropriate support to each individual in a person-centred way, complying with and maintain best practice in relation to Health & safety matters, which will include basic risk assessments and the prevention and control of infection.
You will have a Week and Week rolling rota to help promote a healthy work-life balance, and for ease of mind.
You will keep written records, using IT systems as required to help you including support plans, incident log and health and safety records.
