You will be working with young people aged 11 to 18 who have been placed into the care system for numerous reasons with an array of disorders, behaviours and needs and therefore require individuals who have the confidence, patience and skill set to successfully work with these young people and make a positive impact on their lives.
You will act as the PFCC's Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO), as well as leading their complaints and public disclosure functions.
You will play a key role in communicating how the PFCC's vision links to specific plans and objectives so that our staff are motivated, and our partners clearly understand our goals.
You will produce accurate and professional documentation and process adjustments in line with procedures including notifying insurers, issuing revised documentation and collecting additional premiums.
You will also have excellent negotiation and broking skills, strong communication skills, an ability to gather and analyse information from the clients and an ability to persuade and influence others.
