You will be pivotal in driving client acquisition, building out the sales pipeline, and ensuring the UK business continues to grow at pace. Beyond supporting processes, this role offers the opportunity to actively shape and refine how the business expands its footprint in the UK market.
You must be based in, or within easy commuting distance of, Oxford. - During peak periods, some longer hours may be required and some working across multiple time zones due to the global nature of the programme.
You will be responsible for the overhaul, maintenance and fault rectification of gas-fuelled generation assets ranging from 100kW up to 20MWe, with the largest individual engines currently 2.5MWe. This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to an engineer who enjoys technical ownership, autonomy and working on complex, large-scale generation equipment.
You will possess the decision-making power to identify, define, and develop solutions to complex issues and problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or processes.
You will also oversee: Ensuring compliance with internal controls over financial reporting, including Sarbanes Oxley, Minimum Controls framework and supporting the senior accounting officer.
You will represent QA in cross-functional environments and be seen as a trusted authority.
