You will be responsible for delivering practical based lessons, as well as monitoring the progress and development of the students. As a Resistant Materials teacher you will need to prepare high quality lessons that will keep the students engaged, the role will also involve collaborating with other members of the department by sharing ideas on how to further develop the curriculum.
You will work closely with the class teacher to ensure a supportive and stimulating learning environment. A significant part of the role involves running small group sessions to boost foundational skills, particularly reading and maths, for students identified for targeted support.
