You will be leading a merchandising team delivering a variety of projects, on time and to a high standard across a variety of large grocery clients.

You will ensure all work is done to the project specification by supporting and managing all team members.

You will be a point of contact for the Store Manager and Project Manager, ensuring that any issues are raised and resolved.

You will be responsible for supervising a small team, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining high standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in retail management, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the desire for professional growth through extensive training.

You will be working as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.

You will need to work at a fast pace and to a high standard our clients expect. Duties will include the following:

You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.

You will deliver primary care consultations and health assessments to customers of Bupa Health Clinics, ensuring a high-quality service which delivers high customer satisfaction.

You will support day-to-day operations by serving food and beverages to our customers, alongside till work, cleaning dining areas and supporting both front and back-of-house areas.

You will provide excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site.

You must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided in-country for more than 3 years.

You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We're looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
