You will report to the Pharmacy Manager and work closely with both the pharmacy team and clinical teams to ensure a consistent high standard of service and patient care. This is a fixed-term role, working 40 hours per week. The position will include working Saturdays and Sundays.

You will combine a passion for people development with a strong understanding of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and behavioural coaching. Your work will directly impact quality, compliance, and team engagement, ensuring our pharmacy teams are equipped to deliver at scale as we continue to grow.

You will also get full training to complete a Level 2 Certificate in Pharmacy Services Skills, also known as an NVQ Level 2 or an equivalent qualification and become a qualified dispenser.
