You will need to ensure proper staffing levels, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to the team.

You will need to monitor and control costs, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain cleanliness

You will need to present these reports to the pub owner or

You will attend the PLC and Operations Board Meetings and will ensure that accurate minutes are recorded, and statutory obligations are met.

You will be well versed in ensuring that the all the necessary governance is adhered to, but importantly that you can partner on specific corporate projects and give sound commercial legal advice to a privately owned and run business.

You will be provided with a clear framework whilst still having the autonomy to manage your home with the additional support and infrastructure.
