You will be familiar with managing through clear KPIs and making decisions considering labour;

You will have delivered successful training and recruitment for front of house teams including servers through to Assistant Managers - Ideally some experience back of house, understand what makes kitchen and kitchen teams click would be preferable

You will be able to relate and manage procedures at the front end delivery into coordinated back of house processes, to ensure a smoother guest experience, and enhance our brand and revenue.

You will be a key support for the General Manager, taking the helm when they are not around and taking the lead on some areas of the business. - Take ownership of problems and be commercially aware.
