General Manager IT jobs in Banbridge

You will hold complete accountability for both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the company, encompassing production, sales, marketing, HR, compliance, health & safety, and financial performance. Reporting directly to the owners, you will play a central role in delivering ambitious expansion and profitability objectives.

You will create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for your team and customers.

You will enjoy the freedom to make a real impact driving the financial and commercial performance of your business, across all four revenue streams; the bar, diner, amusements and bowling.

You will also lead and develop the HSE team, promote behavioural safety, and act as a key liaison across facilities, projects, and client stakeholders to ensure full compliance with legal, ISO, and client requirements.

You will manage daily briefings, coordinate resource allocation, support recruitment and training, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

You will have proven experience in a supervisory or team-lead role within a manufacturing, fabrication, coating or blasting environment.
