You will be working in a service with 47 older people with varying levels of care and support needs.
You will join our team providing support to vulnerable adults, working as part of a team in a registered supported living setting for customers with care needs, so experience in a similar role is essential.
You will be developing activities in a collaborative manner ensuring that they meet clients’ goals, improve their wellbeing and enhance social inclusion.
You will have good knowledge about the world of gardening, which you will be able to impart to our clients in a supportive manner.
You will be responsible primarily for identifying and winning new business opportunities (80%), as well as dealing with existing accounts (20%).
You will have the freedom to manage your own diary as you work from home and travel to meet clients across your patch- 3-4 days per week, to further business relationships.
