You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our facilities. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be crucial in identifying and resolving technical issues.
You will report directly to our Head of Site, and you'll work out of our Cambridge, UK location on a daily basis.
You will act as a gateway, testing all functionality released from software development from the perspective of a user engineer.
You will be the expert interfacing with our broadcast engineering teams to support the identification and recreation of all bugs, provide workarounds and feed into roadmap[DM5] bug fixes and report test results, including defects and issues within a release.
You will be required to work nights on the below dates;12/0113/0119/0108/0215/0222/02
You will be covering sites across London and Bracknell. This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm, and the salary is paying £46k - £50k per annum depending on experience.
