You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction, while managing a range of commercial gas appliances. While the role primarily covers London and the South, national coverage may be required for sickness or holiday cover.

You will be working across commercial sites, mainly office buildings carrying out a mix of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on air conditioning and/or chiller systems. The role offers a stable workload, strong support, and forward-planned scheduling wherever possible.

You will be responsible for driving specification, protecting margin, and converting projects across hospitality led and design driven commercial developments.

You will operate with a high level of autonomy, acting as a visible brand ambassador within the London design community, while working closely with internal colleagues to ensure alignment, delivery, and commercial success.
